What would you be doing with your life if you followed your heart and passion?
Have you ever found yourself on a path the opposite of where your heart longs to be in life?
As I have been writing and dreaming about life and my future I keep feeling like I am going the opposite direction in which God is calling me. Am I hearing Him wrong or is the discontentment in this season breaking me down?
I often wonder how many of us are searching and seeking for His purpose and plan for our lives in the wrong places and with the wrong people.
The word simplicity comes to mind.. Jesus was so simple and purposeful in His everyday comings and goings. He was intentional and loving to the broken and unloveable.
What would that look like in my everyday life?
Would in be in the church or outside of the church?
I know this stirring and uncertainty in my life is for a reason. I will continue to sit and seek His strength, wisdom and guidance in this season. I pray if you are feeling the same He will give you peace and guidance in your next steps of faith.
Just know that you are NOT alone in this journey of uncertainty and just because your feelings may indicate a change that does NOT make sense does NOT mean it is NOT Him stirring your soul for His purpose and plan for your life.
So do not throw away this confident trust in the Lord. Remember the great reward it brings you! Patient endurance is what you need now, so that you will continue to do God’s will. Then you will receive all that he has promised. Hebrews 10:35-36 NLT
